Striding Edge DVDs are authored as “Region 0” which means they should play in all countries. However, they are filmed in PAL format not NTSC, which is the TV system used in America, Canada and Japan. This means that to play the discs in these countries you must have a television that can accept a PAL signal. Most modern televisions bought within the last five years have this facility.
Our DVDs should also play without problem on a computer equipped with a DVD-Rom drive. Please note, however, the software that your computer uses to play the DVDs may require you to change the TV system from NTSC to PAL. If you do this, please ensure you will have the option to change it back again from PAL to NTSC after you have watched the DVD. Failure to do this may prevent you from watching further NTSC DVDs on your computer.
We would like to assure you that we supply our DVDs to customers in America, Canada and Japan on a regular basis and have experienced very few problems. In the unlikely event that you do experience a problem, please use the Contact Us form on our website.
